CBSE 12th Result 2026 (OUT) Live: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the Class 12 board examination results for 2026, with the overall pass percentage recorded at 85.20%, a decline of 3.19 percentage points compared to last year. Students can check their results on the board’s official website, cbseresults.nic.in. Girls outperformed boys by 6.73 percentage points in this year’s results. Among regions, Trivandrum recorded the highest pass percentage at 95.62%, while Prayagraj registered the lowest at 72.43%. The CBSE Class 12 board examinations were conducted from February 17 to April 10, following which the evaluation process was carried out.

  • Click on the “CBSE Class 12 Result 2026” link
  • Enter your roll number, school number, and admit card ID
  • Submit the details
  • View, download, and print the scorecard for future use

CBSE 12th Result 2026 (OUT) Live: Availability Of Documents After Result Declaration

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that students will be able to access several important academic documents digitally through DigiLocker following the declaration of the Class 12 results 2026. The Board has also clarified the process for regular, foreign, and private candidates regarding access to printed and digital certificates.

Regular Students In India

  • The performance details of students in the main examinations will be made available in their DigiLocker accounts.
  • To avoid issues while accessing DigiLocker, CBSE has already provided PINs to schools in advance, which will be shared with students before the result declaration. Students can log in to DigiLocker either using the provided PIN or through their Aadhaar number.
  • The Board will also provide printed mark sheets-cum-passing certificates to students through their respective schools.
  • The mark sheets-cum-passing certificates and migration certificates available on DigiLocker will be treated as legally valid documents and can be used for all official purposes, including admission to higher education institutions. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has also issued directions in this regard.

Regular Students in Foreign Countries

  • Foreign-based students will also be able to access their digital documents through the CBSE DigiLocker portal using their registered email IDs. Their printed mark sheets-cum-passing certificates will be supplied through their respective schools.

Private Students

  • Private candidates will also receive electronic documents in DigiLocker, which can be accessed using their Aadhaar number.
  • Except for students under the Delhi East and Delhi West Regional Offices, printed documents will be sent to the address mentioned in the examination form. For students under Delhi East and Delhi West, printed documents will be made available at the examination centres from where they appeared for the examinations.
