PM Modi Emphasizes ‘New Bharat’s’ Commitment to Education and Skill Development in Jammu

In Jammu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted the government’s dedication to education and skill development, emphasizing the substantial investment made in providing modern education to students under the banner of ‘New Bharat.’ Addressing a public rally, Modi revealed plans to distribute drones to women’s self-help groups nationwide, aiming to boost agricultural activities and enhance income. The Prime Minister inaugurated and laid foundation stones for diverse development projects worth over Rs 32,000 crores spanning health, education, rail, road, aviation, petroleum, and civic infrastructure sectors. Modi underscored the government’s remarkable focus on education, with numerous schools, colleges, and universities constructed across the country in the last decade. He expressed satisfaction with the transformation of Jammu and Kashmir into an educational hub, citing the establishment of institutions like IITs and IIMs. Modi also spoke about the NaMo Drone Didi Scheme, guaranteeing women the opportunity to become drone pilots, contributing to the growth of self-help groups and enhancing village women’s income through agricultural activities. The Prime Minister urged continued support in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, setting ambitious targets of 370 seats for the BJP and 405 for the NDA, envisioning a prosperous and welfare-oriented India.
