Thankfully, there were no injuries from the fire that broke out in a private school early Tuesday morning, according to a fire official.
Around 8:45 a.m., the event happened at the E-Techno Narayana School in sector 37C. Because school uniforms were present, it started in the store room and spread to the vice principal’s office, causing damage to office supplies.
“At 8:57 a.m., we received the alarm and quickly sent out four vehicles. Fortunately, no staff members or kids were present, and the fire was quickly contained, according to Fire Officer Gulia.
According to the Haryana government’s regulations, the school was supposed to open on Ashtmi Puja, but staff and pupils weren’t there, he continued.
According to police sources, the fire destroyed over 500 pairs of school uniforms, three computers, two air conditioners, as well as a variety of wooden objects and furniture.
An official from the school who was on the site speculated that the fire might have been started by a short circuit. The electrician at the school made an effort to stop it, but when it spread, the authorities were notified.
